(M-F 6am-6pm PT), a technician will usually pick up immediately.
During high volume times, you may need to leave a message and a technician will call you back within one hour.
For after hours support, leave a message with our answering service and the on-call technician will call you back within one hour.

For Slack support, type /ithelp followed by a description of the issue.
For Teams support, type help! followed by a description of the issue in the Kinetix IT Help app.
Outside of supported hours, a non-urgent ticket will be created and a technician will reach out within 1 business day.
