General

Okta is a Single Sign-On application that allows you to:

  1. Enter one username and password to access multiple applications

  2. Enforce MFA to provide an additional layer of security

Accessing the Portal

Access your Okta portal via your computer’s browser:

  1. Go to https://[domain].okta.com/app/UserHome (replacing [domain] with your organization’s Okta domain)

Using the Portal

  1. Click on any application tile and Okta will automatically log you in

  2. Organize your apps by clicking the plus sign, or download the Okta Browser Extension

Your Profile

  1. To access your profile, click your name in the top-right and click Settings. This page allows you to change your password, add 2-factor authentication, choose the preferred language for your Portal, and manage your personal information (some of these options may be hidden by your organization’s admin preferences)
