OneLogin User Guide
This guide will familiarize you with the OneLogin portal. The portal is simple to use and gives easy access to all of your personal and company web applications.
General
OneLogin is a Single Sign-On application that allows you to:
Enter one username and password to access multiple applications
Enforce MFA to provide an additional layer of security

Accessing the Portal
Access your OneLogin portal via your computer’s browser:
Go to https://[domain].onelogin.com/portal/ (replacing [domain] with your organization’s OneLogin domain)
Using the Portal
Click on any application tile and OneLogin will automatically log you in
Your most frequently visited apps appear in Frequents, any personal apps you add appear under Personal, and any company-wide apps appear under Company
Browse potential apps by clicking Browse App Store, or download the OneLogin Browser Extension (see below for more)
Your Profile
To access your profile, click your name in the upper-right corner and click Profile
The Security tab allows you to change your password, install the OneLogin browser extension, download OneLogin Desktop, add 2-factor authentication, set up or change security questions, and manage your recognized browsers (some of these options may be hidden by your organization’s admin preferences)
The Preferences tab allows choose the preferred language for your Portal, choose how to display apps, and enable the OneLogin browser extension (some of these options may be hidden by your organization’s admin preferences)
Secure Notes
The Secure Notes page allows you to share secure information with other users in your organization
To access Secure Notes, click your name in the upper-right corner and click Secure Notes
To add a new note, click New Note

To get the most out of OneLogin, download the OneLogin Browser Extension, OneLogin Desktop, and the mobile app OneLogin Protect from the Security tab in your Profile (see above).
