Onsite Policies

Until further notice, all Kinetix clients must adhere to the following guidelines when hosting Kinetix technicians for onsite visits at their offices, homes, or any other space:

  1. In order to qualify for a Kinetix onsite, the client must confirm or demonstrate that the nature of their onsite needs are fully necessary and cannot be resolved remotely in a timely or thurough manner.

  2. The client’s building must follow all applicable CDC guidelines and OSHA rules and recommendations as to COVID-19 health and safety protocols, as well as all applicable governmental guidance relating to COVID-19, including without limitation all requirements regarding vaccinations, face coverings, and social distancing.

  3. The client must follow all building protocols and signage established in connection with COVID-19, including without limitation requirements relating to common area social distancing, face-covering, and wellness and temperature checking.

  4. The client must follow CDC guidelines and instruct its unvaccinated employees that appropriate PPE must be worn at all times in common areas of the building or as otherwise instructed by management and/or building ownership.

  5. The client must instruct employees to follow CDC quarantine guidelines. Employees who have a fever or are showing signs of illness, or who are unvaccinated and have been exposed to a known or suspected COVID-19 case within the exposure time period indicated in the CDC guidelines, to stay home for the time period suggested by the CDC guidelines.

  6. The client must immediately report to Kinetix any suspected or known cases of employees having COVID-19, including reporting the areas and path of travel by the individual while at the building, as well as all contacts at the building of such affected employee(s). In doing so, the vendors and contractors must use due care to not disclose the name or other identifying information of the particular employee.
