This table describes all Kinetix fees for services not included in monthly support fees. Please consult your Client Success Manager with any questions.

Projects

A project is defined as a service that results in a change to your IT infrastructure or modifies a supported service (e.g. server upgrade, email migration, office move, firewall replacement, etc.)

Project expedite fees may apply when the requested completion date is signficantly earlier than our expected time frame.

Dependent on project scope

Project fees: All projects incur project fees communicated through formal proposals and are priced with flat fees whenever possible

Project expedite fees: 25%-50% of total project labor cost

Infrastructure Equipment Leasing

Kinetix can lease infrastructure equipment (servers and networking equipment) for short- or long-term deployment.

Dependent on equipment and technician availability

Wireless access points: $55-$105/mo.

Firewalls: $90-$2,525/mo.

Switches: $85-$475/mo.

Servers: Pricing available upon request

Onsite Support

Unless a client pays a monthly fee for recurring or unlimited onsites, Kinetix charges an hourly fee to provide onsite support. We do everything possible via remote troubleshooting to avoid onsites and always seek approval before scheduling onsite visits.

1 business day from the day the onsite request was made for urgent requests,

3 business days from the day the onsite request was made for standard requests,

5 business days from the day the onsite request was made for non-urgent requests

All onsites incur a 1-hour minimum charge; travel time is not billed within the California Bay Area

Business hours (Mon-Fri; 8am-5pm local PST time):

Base - L1 Technician: $180/hour
Standard - L2 Technician: $240/hour
Senior - L3 Technician: $300/hour

After-hours Business (Mon-Fri; 5pm-8am local PST time):

Base - L1 Technician: $360/hour
Standard - L2 Technician: $480/hour
Senior - L3 Technician: $600/hour

Weekend hours (Sat-Sun; 8am-5pm local PST time):

Base - L1 Technician: $270/hour
Standard - L2 Technician: $360/hour
Senior - L3 Technician: $450/hour

After-hours Weekend (Sat-Sun; 5pm-8am local PST time):

Base - L1 Technician: $540/hour
Standard - L2 Technician: $720/hour
Senior - L3 Technician: $900/hour

Holiday Business Hours (Mon-Fri; 8am-5pm local PST time):

Base - L1 Technician: $370/hour
Standard - L2 Technician: $480/hour
Senior - L3 Technician: $600/hour

After-hours Holiday (Sat-Sun; 5pm-8am local PST time):

Base - L1 Technician: $720/hour
Standard - L2 Technician: $960/hour
Senior - L3 Technician: $1,200/hour

Information Security Consulting

Information Security Consulting work may be billed separately when clients request assistance with initiatives related, but not limited, to compliancy efforts, end-customer questionnaires, insurance policy applications, assessments of unsupported services, eDiscovery, and legal work. Kinetix has an in-house team of Certified Information Systems Security Professionals (CISSPs) who sometimes work with external vendors depending on the scope of work.

After-hours Business (Mon-Fri; 5pm-8am local PST time): $750/hour

Weekend hours (Sat-Sun; 8am-5pm local PST time): $562.50/hour

After-hours Weekend (Sat-Sun; 5pm-8am local PST time): $1,125/hour

Holiday Business Hours (Mon-Fri; 8am-5pm local PST time): $750/hour

After-hours Holiday (Sat-Sun; 5pm-8am local PST time): $1,500/hour

Inventory Management

Kinetix Inventory Management covers all services related to personal device (laptop, display, peripherals) procurement, configuration, and repair.
